Assessment Tests

Tests were about memorizing the facts and being able to match up the answers. I don't test well and they're not how I like to spend my time. Well, as you grown up tests don't go away. They just appear to us differently and take on different subject matters. 

I have been talking to my team at work this week about goals. Through our discussions, we started to talk about what motivates a person. Then the topic of assessment tests was interwoven into our conversation. We have taken a few of those tests at my company. My team and I have taken a few more and are in the midst of compiling the results. It's very interesting on how unique individuals work and communicate together.

Here are some of the tests that we have experienced. Some are free and some have a charge which are identified below.

• The book costs around $15. The assessment is free but you need the book to decipher your results.

• This assessment is free and there are links to decipher the results.

• Uncover your hidden talents!
• The only way to take the assessment is via a code in the book.

Five Love Languages:

• This assessment is free as well. 
• There are lots of other great resources on their website.
