Wishing you. . . .

I typically don't partake in the Christmas ritual of sending physical holiday cards. I streamlined my Christmas to-do list years ago of this chore. This year I had a change of mind when I co-worker held some mini-photo sessions near my office. I bought props for the kids and the kids bought their best behavior & smiles. I cannot resist ordering cards this year. 

The one thing I DID NOT do was download the addresses of all of those that I wanted to receive cards before I click "SEND" on my order. I order 40 cards and really needed closer to 75. So my apologizes to all of you that did not receive a physical card. I have learned my lesson. 

My consolation to this over sight is obviously posting the card on the blog. We cherish and love all of our family and friends. We hope this holiday and every day going further brings you great adventures and smiles. The things that I have learned this year is that the world and life is unpredictable and you have to treasure all the beautiful moments.

Unique. . .

One is serious and the other is silly.
One is crying and the other is laughing.
One is singing and the other is yelling.
One is hungry and the other is thirsty.
One is ready and the other can't find their shoe.
One wants to go this way and the other that way.
Never on the same page at the same time but always close by each other and me :)

Dear Santa, I would like everything for Christmas.

The kids got to visit with jolly ole St. Nick this weekend. They delivered their Christmas lists and delivered a cheesy grin for the camera. Their list keep getting longer and longer. Every time we walk into a store, Jonah constantly asks me for everything he sees. I have gotten clever and allowed him & McKenna to take pictures of the items that they wants with my iPhone. Then I told them I would "email them to Santa". Of course, I now know exactly what they want.

Here's a sampling of what a 5 & 3 year old want for Christmas:

• Cars from the Cars Movie
• The cheetah from the Madagascar movie
• Barbie princesses
• Race Tracks
• Princess crown & dress
• Hello Kitty Pez
• Legos 
• Pretty much every toy ever made.

Here's a sampling of what I want for Christmas:

• Massages & lots of them
• Someone to plan AND cook the meals for one week
• To be able to have privacy will I'm in the restroom
• An adjustment from a chiropractic and not the creative director at my office
• To escape into a great book for a day
• To find the missing TV remote (I swear the Elf on the Shelf took it to mess with me)
