You can do anything for 30 days, right?
A small change will equal a sustainable, lasting change/lifestyle
So what will you add or subtract for 30 days? Here are a few ideas that I thought of –
- No Facebook for 30 days (no posting, stalking, or liking)
- Drink an extra 8oz of water a day
- Learn a new joke every day
- Turn off the TV at night and read for 30 days
- Stop eating dairy
- Journal every day
- Stretch!
- Stop complaining
